Disney pumpkins are all the rage. They are popular year after year and it’s so hard to decide which one to make!
However this year I was particularly impressed by some Snow White pumpkins I seen!! These involve a little bit of painting, drawing and crafting and are ideal for school age kids!!
I am going to try and give you a breakdown on how to make this Snow White pumpkin as easily as possible.
Afterwards I will direct you to some other similar pumpkin designs including Snow white pumpkin carvings.
How to Make this Snow White Pumpkin Design in Under 10 Steps
When completing this please keep the picture in front of you as it makes it so much easier.
Step 1
After choosing a large pumpkin (the bigger ones are easier to paint and draw on) use some white paint and cover the pumpkin entirely.
Let it dry and add a second coat. Leave this to dry.
Step 2
Next we are going to draw the closed eyes. You will need a black marker for this.
Draw two curved lines downwards to represent eyes. You can make the eyelashes by drawing some small black lines. Make these as long as you wish.
Decide what color of eyeshadow you want to use and paint this above the curved lines. I went for brown but you can choose any color you want.
Step 3
The easiest part is to either paint or draw two bold black lines above the eyeshadow to represent eyebrows.
Step 4
Draw a nose as shown.
Step 5
Next up is the lips. We have drawn an open mouth to insinuate the fact that Snow White is asleep after eating a piece of poisoned apple. Of course you can draw her mouth closed.
We have used red paint to draw her lips.
Step 6
Now we need to give her some hair!! We simply bought a black wig to fit. Of course you can use yarn to make your own wig.
A red bow was added to complete the look. We didn’t make this but used one of my daughters.
That’s your easy pumpkin painting completed and doesn’t it look fabulous!!
Some extras for your Snow White Pumpkin Design
You can easily add to this creation by painting a small pumpkin bright red and adding some green yarn to the top of insinuate a leaf. This would be your poisonous apple.
Why not make the 7 dwarfs or add teddies to represent them. I have attached a link to a Pinterest image of them. They are basically 7 mini pumpkins with faces painted on and some small hats!
