I love simple handprint crafts for kids as they serve as great keepsakes (always remember to add the date on the back)!
Every year my kids make Mothers Day handprint cards for me at school that I file away. I will treasure these forever.
Handprint art is very simple to do with some colored paints. The butterfly hands craft is actually my first attempt at an animal hand print craft. I will be doing a dinosaur handprint craft also.
I particularly love this one as it features two sets of handprints; the smaller ones can be from the child and the larger ones from an adult. Therefore it is a fabulous activity for Mum to do with her littles.
If you want a craft using lots of different handprints then try my turkey hands for a cool Thanksgiving craft.
Butterflies are a great craft idea for Spring. I have lots more ways to craft butterflies for kids of all ages.
Please find my step by step craft procedure directly below. This will help you make this easy butterfly craft for kids.
