Little boys and girls of all ages love Star Wars! Some of their favorite characters include Yoda.

Previously I have made an adorable Yoda pop up card and a toilet paper roll Yoda also.

Star Wars fans who love crafting and Yoda will love my latest paper plate craft idea.

It is so easy to cut pieces of paper plates, color and decorate them and then attach them in such a way resulting in something great.

My step by step Star Wars craft procedure will help little kids and older ones too complete this Yoda craft.

Yoda Paper Plate Craft

Who wants a cool Star Wars activity where you get to make a Yoda Paper plate?! My free Star Wars craft instructions and Yoda PDF template will help you do so

Materials

Paper Plates.
Pencil.
Paints.
Paintbrushes.
Scissors.
Marker pens.

Instructions

Step 1:

Select your paper plate according to the template.

Step 2:

Draw the Yoda shape on the template using a pencil with the help of the PDF template.

Step 3:

Cut it out carefully using a pair of scissors. It should look like the image below.

Step 4:

Draw the eyes using a bottle cap or anything circular.

Step 5:

Paint the Yoda’s face and hands using green paint. Remember to leave the eyes white. You can see the areas you should paint below. Little kids will love this painting stage.

Step 6:

Then paint the Yoda’s cloak and collar using dark and light brown paint.

Step 7:

Glue the inner ear using light pink colour.

Step 8:

Paint the eyes using black paint.

Step 9:

Draw the nose and mouth with a black marker pen.

Notes

If you do not want to use paints you can use markers instead. I do think paint gives better coverage though.

If you want to turn this into a puppet glue a popsicle stick onto the back! This would make a great toy for pretend play.
