How to Make a Happy Pumpkin Face Craft
Step 1:
Select orange, green, brown and pink colored craft papers for the happy pumpkin craft. Trace the pumpkin base on orange paper, the stem on brown paper, the small round shapes on pink paper; the leaf and vine on green paper. Cut out the traced patterns from the craft papers.
Step 2:
Attach the stem cut-out on the top middle part of the pumpkin base pattern. Attach the 2 pink round shapes on both sides near the bottom of the base. You can keep the whole round shape inside the base or you can slightly cross the base on the side like we did.
Step 3:
Trim the sides of the round shapes to align them with the outline of the pumpkin base. Use a green sharpie to draw the veins of the leaf.
Step 4:
Attach the leaf and the veins on the top side of the pumpkin base, adjacent to the stem pattern.
Step 5:
Use a black sharpie to draw the eyes and mouth of the paper pumpkin pattern. You can draw whatever expression you wish!! How about a scary pumpkin face as opposed to a happy one?!
Why not use these for the front of a Halloween card?! Or a Fall themed Birthday card.
