As soon as Halloween passes I let my kids enjoy my large range of easy Christmas tree crafts to help get them in the festive spirit.
November and December generally bring rain and that means much more indoor time. My kids, especially my daughter likes to keep herself busy so easy Christmas crafts like these tree ones are perfect for her.
She loves being creative and coming up with her own ideas! I can imagine she will be an even better crafter than me!
Anyhow these Christmas tree crafts are great for ornaments or decorations around the house.
Why not display them proudly on your mantelpiece? Or even gift them to family. They make great keepsakes too.
You can make them from paper, toilet paper rolls, paper plates, clay pots and lots more! You will have many of these in your house already! Please check out my list of must have craft supplies so that you never run out of your basics!

These easy Christmas tree crafts are suitable for preschool and older kids. They make great Christmas decorations and gifts too. How about turning some empty water bottles into this brightly decorated tree using yarn, buttons and pom poms! Learn how to make a Christmas Tree Pop Up Card for children this December. Such a fun creative way to send Christmas wishes. This has got to be one of my favorite nature crafts for kids! We just love going out to our local forest and gathering pine cones to make some adorable Christmas trees. This is such an easy craft which kids of all ages can enjoy. It requires minimal materials and is super fun. I love my Christmas toilet paper roll crafts and this one requires only a few materials. The end result is a fabulous paper Christmas tree. Why not enjoy younger kids to decorate it with some paint thumbprints to represent baubles. If you want to hang a pretty Christmas tree on your actual tree you need to make this yarn ornament. It is accessorized with colored buttons. If you cannot find any buttons I am guessing you could use pom poms instead. Learn how to make a Christmas tree using 3 egg cartons. Such a simple Christmas craft for preschool kids and the end result is fabulous!! I adore clay pot crafts because it is amazing what you can turn them into! Just see my Valentine Love Bug Clay Pot craft and you will know what I mean. Anyhow back to easy Christmas tree crafts! You can see this adorable clay pot now represents a pretty little Christmas tree that you can hang on your tree or even sit it on your fireplace as decor. This Christmas craft is perfect for preschool kids and older. They will enjoy painting their pots and sticking on buttons and sequins. If you have some empty egg containers you should make some gorgeous Christmas tree ornaments to hang on your tree. Why not make lots of these and decorate your entire tree. One of my favorite easy crafts for kids, are these pipe cleaner Christmas ornaments. Here you can learn how to make a star, tree, some mistletoe and holly and a snowflake. Paper plate crafts for kids are brilliant because you can basically make anything you like. These paper plate Christmas trees look amazing. You just need to paint a plate green, cut it into three parts and decorate as you wish. Children can do most of this craft and it will set their creativity alight as they get to add pom poms in different colors and sizes. Why not make it a learning activity and get them to count how many they have added. Everyone loves handprint crafts and this one is super cute in time for Christmas. Little ones will love getting covered in paint. All you need is 3 handprints, some pom poms and some coloring pencils. These make amazing keepsakes; you can even use them as Christmas cards. This one comes with a free tree template to help you make these cereal box Christmas trees. You can let little kids paint the inner cardboard box green before you cut the tree shape. Children will then enjoy decorating with pom poms, sequins, glitter or whatever other small craft supplies you have available. I think this is one of my favorite easy Christmas crafts for toddlers! It involves dabbing cotton buds in different colors of paint and adding them to a small Christmas tree (which Mum has already traced out). Instead of using cotton buds you could use fingerprints. If you have some spare popsicle sticks, some green paint and pom poms this easy Christmas tree craft is for you. Another paper Christmas tree craft for kids of all ages. This Salt dough Christmas tree ornament craft is the perfect bonding craft for Mommy and her littles. The kids can help you roll out the dough and press their fingertips into it to create the Christmas tree lights.
