Lamb Easter Pop up Card for Kids

I love making Easter cards with my kids, and if you follow my site you will know we absolutely adore making pop up cards! We have so many of them for almost every season and occasion!

This year I decided to make a Lamb Easter card after the popularity of my He is Risen pop up card and my chick pop up card

The little lamb is happily grazing in a green field! 

Like my other Easter pop up cards, this one also comes with easy to follow step by step instructions, a free printable template and images to guide you along the way!

How to Make a Lamb Pop Up Card for Kids

Materials:-

  1. Cardstock Paper.
  2. Colorful Craft Papers.
  3. White Embossed Paper.
  4. Pencil.
  5. Glue. 
  6. Scissors.
  7. Ruler.

My lamb card craft step by step instructions

Step 1:

Download the attached PDF templates to make the sheep. I used embossed paper to give the appearance of wool. You could use normal white paper and stick down some cotton wool for the same effect.

Step 2:

Glue the two feet to the lamb’s body. Then, glue the fur on the top of the head. 

Step 3:

Glue the lamb’s body to its head.

Step 4:

Use colorful craft papers to cut out the flowers, stems, and grass. 

Step 5:

Glue the pedicels to the flowers.

Step 6:

Use marker pens to draw the sheep’s face. I have made my lamb happy with a great big smile. Of course you can have yours frowning if you wish.

Step 7:

Cut out a cardstock paper 4x longer than the lamb’s height. Cut out another piece of cardstock paper 2x longer than the sheep. Fold it in half and make 2cm creases on two ends as shown below.

Step 8: 

Glue the cardstock piece on the center of the card joining the two sides of the main card.

Step 9:

Glue the grass on the pop-up card socket. 

Step 10:

Glue the lamb on the pop-up socket.

Step 11:

Glue the flowers on the two sides of the lamb and two on the background.  If you like you can make more flowers and add more to the card.
