Ghost Styrofoam Cup
The first of our Styrofoam cup crafts for Halloween is a spooky ghost. He’s all ready to haunt the Halloween fun.
Craft Supplies:
- Paper or Styrofoam cups
- White paper
- Black marker
- Scissors
- Glue
Here’s what you do…
- Fold a piece of white paper in half, cut out an arm shape.
- Unfold the paper and glue the arms around the cup.
- Draw on a face with a black marker.
Let everything dry and you are all set!

I want my “mummy”!!
Our second idea for decorating your disposable cups is a mummy cup. Be sure to use all of our cup ideas, rather than all the same one.
Craft Supplies:
- Paper or styrofoam cups
- Gauze
- Googly eyes
- Glue
Here’s what you do…
- Glue two googly eyes onto your cup.
- Place a dab of glue along one side of the cup, place the starting of your gauze onto the glue.
- Wrap the cup, the same way you would a wound. Make sure the eyes are sticking out of the wrapping.

Pumpkin Cup Craft
The third of our Halloween cups is a staple for the Halloween decorations. Here’s a way to make a pumpkin drinking cup.
Craft Supplies:
- Paper or stryofoam cups
- Paint, orange and black
- Paint brush
Here’s what you do…
- Paint the entire outside of your cup with orange paint. Allow this to dry.
- Paint on a jack o’lantern face with the black paint. Allow to dry.
What other things can you think of to make for Halloween using cups?! How about a monster, some vampires or Frankenstein!

Now that we’ve made these three Styrofoam cup crafts for Halloween, you can display them or use them. They look great as a decoration. You can fill them with candies or serve drinks out of them. They are so versatile!
You can also go a step further and make more cups – monsters, black cats, witches, etc. Have fun with them!
