Boys and girls love dinosaurs and as a result spend lots of time talking about the magnificent reptiles. While there are many types of dinosaurs, one of the best known is the brachiosaurus. 

Previously my kids and I have made T Rex dinosaur bookmarks and also a paper plate dinosaur craft.

A brachiosaurus is similar to a giraffe in the fact that it also has a long neck and short legs! My daughter loves giraffes and dinosaurs so I think this is why she likes a brachiosaurus. 

We can no longer see dinosaurs in real life but we can still see play pretend ones and of course we can craft our own!

Today we decided to turn a toilet paper roll into a dinosaur, specifically a brachiosaurus. 

Toilet Paper Roll Brachiosaurus Craft

This Toilet Paper Roll Brachiosaurus Craft will help kids make their own play pretend dinosaur using step by step instructions and free printable.

Materials

• Cardstock paper.
• Craft papers.
• Toilet paper Roll
• Pencil.
• Ruler.
• Scissors.
• Glue.
• Marker pens.
• Googly Eyes

Instructions

Step 1:

Print out the PDF templates and cut out the pieces using craft paper to make the toilet paper roll dinosaur.

Step 2:

Glue the dinosaur's teeth into the mouth. .

Step 3:

Then, glue two googly eyes on the top part of the head. 

Step 4:

Cut out a rectangular craft paper or cardstock paper according to the size of your paper roll.

Step 5

Glue the spots on the paper roll.

Step 6:

Glue the spots on the tail and head as well. 

Step 7:

Then, glue the spikes on the head, tail and toilet paper roll. 

Step 8:

Slightly, fold the top part of the legs like below.

Step 9:

Glue the legs on the paper roll as shown in the picture below.

Step 10:

Then, glue the head on the paper roll. 

Step 11:

Now, glue the tail on the back.
